We do not accept HMOs, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Cal-Optima, Healthy Families (CHIP), Automobile, or Workers Comp plans.

* United Healthcare: Out-of-Network, except for MemorialCare Employees Plan - UMR MemorialCare PPO Tier 1.

We welcome patients regardless of insurance status. If you're out-of-network, uninsured, or have a plan we don’t accept, we offer discounted self-pay rates. Your doctor will provide a personalized quote during your visit. Payment is due on the date of service to receive the discount.
