Elizabeth V. Lener, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Lener graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in Chemical Engineering. Deciding not to pursue a career in engineering,  she went on to medical school and obtained her medical degree from University of California, Los Angeles where she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.  She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. After successfully finishing her internship at UCSF, Dr. Lener completed her residency training in Dermatology at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois.

As a native of Southern California, Dr. Lener understands the impact of daily sun exposure on the skin. She specializes in the treatment of skin, hair and nails.

Amy H. Litchfield, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Litchfield obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the esteemed Georgia Institute of Technology and her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia.  Having a passion for treating the skin, she completed her residency training in Dermatology at the University of Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Litchfield’s expertise lies in diseases of the skin and skin cancer, and she practices Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology.

Jane G. Khoury, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Dr. Khoury is currently on sabbatical doing clinical research overseas in Sweden, starting in July 2013 and extending for approximately 2 years.  Her plan is to see patients here a few times per year for a week or two.  When those days become available, we will post her schedule here.

Dr. Jane G. Khoury graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pacific Union College where she majored in Liberal Studies. She went on to medical school at Loma Linda University where she graduated with the prestigious honor of being elected into Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.  She completed her dermatology residency at Loma Linda University where she served as chief resident. Dr. Khoury also completed a cosmetic surgery fellowship through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in La Jolla, California.

She has served as a consultant and spokesperson, as well as serving on advisory boards for leading cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies.  In addition, Dr. Khoury has appeared on national television as a dermatology expert.

Stephanie Fogelson, M.D., F.A.A.D.

Khoury M.D. | Stephanie Fogelson M.D. | Ladera Ranch CA | San Clemente CA Dr. Stephanie Fogelson graduated Phi Betta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire then attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors. Dr. Fogelson completed her internship at Stanford University Hospital, then completed one year of Clinical Research with the Division of Pediatric & Adolescent Dermatology at University of California, San Diego. She completed her dermatology residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, and served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Fogelson practices Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic dermatology for both pediatric and adult patients, treating conditions of the skin, hair and nails.

Catherine Lee, M.D., M.Sc., F.A.A.D.

Khoury M.D. | Catherine Lee M.D. | Ladera Ranch CA | San Clemente CA Dr. Catherine Lee graduated Phi Betta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Music (Cello) at the Peabody Music Conservatory, a leader of cultural life in Maryland and a division of the Johns Hopkins University. Realizing that she had a passion for medicine and having come from a long line of physicians, she pursued and completed her Medical Degree in 2006 at the Johns Hopkins University, and continued there for her Internship in Internal Medicine. She then completed a Masters of Science in Integrated Immunology at the University of Oxford in Oxford, United Kingdom, and followed that with a yearlong Postdoctoral Fellowship in Psoriasis Research at the world-renowned St. John’s Institute of Dermatology in London. After her 2 years in the United Kingdom, she returned to Johns Hopkins University to complete her three-year Dermatology Residency.

After her dermatology residency, Dr. Lee decided to further her knowledge and training. She successfully completed a yearlong Dermatology Procedural Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, where she received additional training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Reconstruction. Dr. Lee is a skilled expert in the Mohs technique for the removal of many common and rarer skin cancers. As part of the procedural fellowship, she also did extensive training with injectable fillers, Botox, chemical peels, and many different laser procedures.

Personal Background

Dr. Lee was born in South Korea to a family of doctors, and moved to Baltimore for high school and to pursue her medical education. After many years at The John’s Hopkins University in Maryland, she has settled in South Orange County with her husband, an Orange County native and fellow dermatologist. She has one young son, and now a very young daughter. Dr. Lee enjoys travel, family time, and continues her love of music by playing Cello.

Khoury M.D. | Stephanie Fogelson M.D. | Ladera Ranch CA | San Clemente CA Dr. Jyoti Mundi graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Biology from St. Louis University, and as an elected member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Epsilon Delta honor societies. Dr. Mundi then attended Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago where she was inducted into the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society.  Dr. Mundi completed two years of Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center & the West Los Angeles Veterans Hospital, where she received the Leo G. Rigler Award for Intern of the Year, prior to pursuing a career in Dermatology.

Dr. Mundi completed her Dermatology Residency and was selected Chief Resident at New York University – the program was ranked as the nation’s top dermatology residency program by Doximity and U.S. News and World Report. Dr. Mundi has published extensively in the dermatologic literature, and her additional years of training in Internal Medicine allow her to bring additional diagnostic depth when assessing and managing complex dermatologic conditions. She specializes in all areas of general medical dermatology for adults and children, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including Botox, injectable fillers, lasers, and treatment of leg veins.

Personal Background

Dr. Mundi grew up in Chicago and spent many years studying and training in the Midwest and on the East Coast, but has since settled down in Southern California. She previously practiced Dermatology in Long Beach before joining our practice in Ladera Ranch as she settles in the South Orange County area with her husband to raise their young family. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
